On all Items for sale on this site for Daniel Bacon (Seller)

   All items sold on this site of Daniel Bacon referred to as (the comic shop) are for sale in US dollars. The quantities of all items for sale on Daniel Bacon site may not be accurate. We will try to keep the quantities updated to the best of our ability. If the comic is no longer available Daniel Bacon with refund a credit to your Paypal account that was use in the purchase. All sales are final. Daniel Bacon is not liable for any damages or expenses the User (referred to as Buyer) may incur through transaction on this site.

   You can contact Daniel Bacon via email at lists@danielbacon.net to request a return refund. It is the sole discretion of Daniel Bacon as to whether a refund may be warranted. If a return is  authorized,  we will send Returned Item Approval (RIA) via email, the Buyer agrees to return item to the Seller at the expense of the Buyer with the Return Item Approval (RIA) label on the packaged item being return . Condition of returned item must be in the same condition as shown in photo ( quality, year, no missing pages etc.) at the time of sale. Daniel Bacon will only refund cost of the sale item(s) upon receipt of the item that was purchased. The cost of shipping at  time of sale is not refundable.

   All pictures of comics have been scanned to show the condition of the comic book.

   There will be a $2.50 package and shipping fee added to the price if each comic book sale. The buyer can request insurance, if the buyer does request insurance, that amount will be added to the price of the comic books shipping charge.
